Snakes Win in Overtime

The Cottonmouths defeated the Knoxville Ice Bears for the second consecutive night in front of a season-high crowd of 3,952 at the Snake Pit Saturday night.

The 3rd-place Columbus Cottonmouths defeated the 2nd-place Knoxville Ice Bears 5-1 on the road Friday night.

The Columbus Cottonmouths defeated the Huntsville Havoc 5-1 Saturday night in Huntsville as the Snakes went undefeated in regulation for the week of January 8.

The Columbus Cottonmouths, in conjunction with Fort Benning, will host tryouts today and next Thursday, Jan. 19 from 7-8 pm in the Columbus Ice Rink to assemble a Fort Benning hockey team.
